The Visitor Safety group for the first time was delighted to offer employees of member organisations the opportunity to learn virtually through the successful delivery of a pilot training module on the topic of ‘Risk Assessments and Inspections’.
Now that the pilot has drawn to a close VSG is seeking input from the membership on how best to deliver and meet the objectives outlined in the Action Plan to:
- provide further benefits to an increasing VSG membership
- meet the challenge of ensuring new members can more readily obtain an understanding of VSG principles and practice
- improvement the ability for members to disseminate VSG principles and practice throughout their organisations

You are invited to come and have your say on the future of ‘Training and Learning’ provided by VSG. During this 2 hour webinar there will be an opportunity to share what training and learning is currently undertaken by your organisation, what you aspire for future training and learning (both in content and delivery mechanism) and what role you think VSG should play in training and learning. This will help the VSG Board identify training, need, scale, complexity and delivery mechanisms for training and learning amongst members.
We are delighted to welcome two facilitators to this session – Orlando Rutter (Freelance Consultant) and Fiona Groves (The Natural Route) who will guide us through a series of interactive discussions through breakout rooms and online whiteboards.
